tuesdays kitchen: pizza goodness

We've been eating a whole lot of pizza since we got the Thermomix. Why? It makes the GREATEST pizza dough! So much lighter and airier and pizza-ier than our old bread maker. I love that I can start with a whole grain, some yeast, water and oil, and wind up with a delicious meal. Kinda like sloooooowwwwwing down the fast food process to an extreme. Sauce was made with homemade passata and homegrown herbs. Local veg. I love it.
