Sending a huge thank you to Deb at Smitten Kitchen for her Pumpkin Cinnamon Scrolls recipe. I adapted it to make it in the Thermomix, and made my own scroll filling with dates & walnuts. The best part was using butter & buttermilk that I had already made in the Thermomix. I love seeing the ingredients from scratch and knowing exactly what is in my food! YUM!
