i made this: crochet blanket

I crocheted this blankey using a combo of my dear grandmother's unused wool, unused wool I had around the home and a little wool bought from the local op shop (costing about $3). It's all so very homemade, and uh, abstract, but I love it. It's nice to remember the stories that come with each different stretch of wool- my grandmother knitting booties and berets to raise money for the local hospital, me attempting to copy her and failing at knitting a scarf... Sigh. It's quite lovely, really.
