Most Sundays, after Kym and I finish gathering our weekly groceries at the farmers market, we'll head home and make ourselves bruschetta for lunch. I can't get enough of it. I love coming home with fresh fruit and vegetables and creating something simple and clean. My favourite combo is wholemeal sourdough bread with tomato, red onion, olives, feta, dill & rocket, splashed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Bruschetta is my heaven on a Sunday afternoon.
